Greater Boston’s next great neighborhood is under construction and expected to welcome the public next summer! We are excited to be part of the team bringing the new Arsenal Yards to life in Watertown, MA.
Our scope of the project includes new structural steel along building B2. HSS columns, hangers and relieving angles will create a new facade at three sides of the building. Many connections will be made at the face of precast components and embeds.
Arsenal Yards is a vibrant mixed-use development where Cambridge meets Boston. With Roche Bros. Market, The Majestic Cinemas, City Works Eatery and Pour House, the project will include 250,000 square feet of retail, Blvd. & Bond apartments, a Hampton by Hilton, and 200,000 square feet of creative office space.
