We are making changes to streamline production and better serve our regular clients. The changes below will remain in effect until further notice.
1. COMMUNICATION
- Phone and email replies will be shifted to the end of each work day
2. CONFLICT OF INTEREST
- We no longer accept work on publicly-funded Massachusetts state contracts (DCAM, OSD, MBTA, etc).
- If you are working on a project that is receiving funding from the state (grants, awards, etc), please let us know at bid time.
3. CERTIFICATION
In the past 15 years, we have never once been asked for a DBE certificate. We will be cancelling the following certifications to eliminate the annual paperwork:
- Massachusetts DBE and WBE
- Rhode Island DBE and WBE
- If you absolutely need a particular certification, please let us know at bid time and we will get it for you.
